If you enjoy a drink every so often, leave your cash at home if you are going to do your consuming in a casino. I’m serious. Leave your pocketbook, your billfold, and leave all money, credit cards and checkbooks out of the casino. Grab whatever cash you expect to use on beverages, tipping and whatever pocket change you intend to throw away and keep the remainder behind.
Cynical? Not really. Just realistic. You could experience a profit after a boozy night out with your comrades and be lucky sufficiently to hook a 25 minute toss at a hot craps game. Don’t forget that account seeing that it is as brief as it gets if you continuously drink alcohol and bet. These activities just do not go well together.
Keeping your cash out of the casino is a little bit drastic, but precautionary actions for excessive actions is necessary. If you bet to win, then do not consume alcohol and gamble. If you like to burn your $$$$ without a concern, then drink all the complimentary alcohol your stomach can handle, but do not pack charge cards and cheques to toss into the mix of going after losses after your inebriated self loses all the cash!
Allow me to carry this one step further. Don’t drink alcohol and then go on the net to play in your preferred internet casino either. I enjoy a drink from the coziness of my condo, however seeing that I’m hooked up through Neteller, Firepay and have plastic credit in close proximity, I can not drink and bet.
Why? Although I do not drink to excess, once I drink, it is clearly sufficient to cloud my common sense. I bet, so I don’t drink when gambling. If you are more of a drinker, don’t wager when you do. Both create a ferocious, and crazy, cocktail.
