Being Taught From My Gambling Failures

1st to explain the reason I wrote this essay. I have been betting on the internet or at physical betting houses for many years. I have discovered, the dependency can grab a hold of you and you will not even realize it up until you are beaten. Especially if you are on a winning run. I’ve gone through many tens of thousands of dollars in only a short amount of time and still on occasion, I’ll go a bit too far. It seems you are just having fun until you start to track your defeats and the guilt settles in, and then you keep telling yourself "I can win it back" repeatedly. It doesn’t works. Then you become queasy in your belly and the more you attempt the quicker you are deprived.

When you see that you are ahead, STAY on the UP! When you begin to lose, don’t tell yourself, "well just maybe one more" and again and again, believe me, this logic almost never ever works. Say you’re playing on slot games, have a bankroll put aside before beginning your action. Don’t go over that boundary, regardless how tempting. If you happen to win, put that in a separate canister. Don’t use your profits no matter what. Once you have gambled through your original set limit, stop. Head out, whether it’s on the net or at a land based casino, don’t stay around. Always keep in mind, there will be a different day, a different time.

Remember, wagering is supposed to be exciting not backbreaking, nauseating work! If you aren’t having fun yourself, you don’t belong there. If youcan’t afford the loss, don’t even begin.
